CRM Consultant (Dynamics 365)
Qualifications: Microsoft Certified Professional. Min 3-5 yrs relevant exp with solid CRM configuration and integration skills as part of implementations. Power Apps exp beneficial.
Purpose of this position is to review client business processes, provide guidance pertaining to process improvements and to increase efficiency, with the ability to perform many of the functional tasks required for a successful CRM engagement.
Skills: Installation of applications and configuration of environments for use in development, testing and production. MS SQL understanding. Advise on complex MS Dynamics CRM business cases and propose comprehensive solutions based on MS CRM and customizations. Data migration from third party systems into MS CRM. Lead Client Workshops to accurately document Business Requirements and create Solution Designs. Consulting - configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications (D365, Dynamics CRM 2016/2015). Able to conduct Super user training. Compilation of test plans, test cases and conducting UAT sessions. Assist with pre-sales activities (solution scoping and effort estimation, POCs).
