KAM/Solutions Architect (Microsoft Software)
To conclude software sales with new customers and ensure profitability to software sales.
Exciting opportunity for a dynamic, target driven individual with a passion for software & consulting services.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Build a sales pipeline with new customers
- Execute sales strategies for different customers within targeted markets
- Reviewing current market trends and proposing new business ideas to improve pipeline
- Customer relationship building - requirement analysis and solution building
- Prepare and engage in business development team status meetings
- Provide after-sales/after implementation support by regular check-in with new customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the projects and solutions sold
- Identify key growth or other new opportunities
Relevant Degree (IT/Computer Science/Marketing)
Minimum 8-10 years Software/Solution Sales experience
