Navertica Hospital ERP (NaHERP) is an advanced ERP system built on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, tailored for hospitals, clinics, and treatment centers. It enhances standard ERP capabilities by enabling detailed tracking of financial and operational data for individual patients, doctors, and departments. NaHERP includes tools for patient registration, insurance and self-payer invoicing, contract and price list management, logistics, asset maintenance, and compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards. The system ensures seamless handling of accounting, budgeting, and billing processes within a unified digital environment.
NaHERP functions as the core of a hospital’s information architecture, connecting with Clinical Information Systems (CIS) for medical records, laboratory systems, and CRM tools for patient relations. When integrated with the Navertica Clinical System (NaClin), both platforms share the same Microsoft SQL database, ensuring synchronized data for invoicing and reporting. The ERP handles procurement, storage, and consumption tracking for drugs and materials, allowing costs to be assigned at purchase, department, or patient level. This integration ensures financial transparency and efficient operational management.
Operating in the secure Microsoft Cloud, NaHERP supports both cloud and on-premise deployments without vendor lock-in. Its automated invoicing system generates accurate billing records for patients and insurance providers, while data from NaClin is processed for insurance submissions.
