Navertica Telemedicine (NaTMed) is a secure digital platform that extends the Navertica Clinical System (NaClin) by enabling remote communication between healthcare professionals and patients. Built on Microsoft Power Apps and Power Pages, NaTMed integrates with both NaClin and the Navertica ERP (NaHERP) systems to support appointment scheduling, patient data sharing, and automated billing. It allows for real-time voice, video, and chat consultations while ensuring all interactions are securely stored in the patient’s electronic medical record.

The platform provides doctors with tools to manage online calendars, confirm appointments, and conduct secure video sessions, while patients can access their laboratory results and other data via the app. It also supports structured communication, including the exchange of forms, questionnaires, and images, as well as data from connected medical devices. Patients can log in from any device—computer, tablet, or smartphone—and use the service free of charge, promoting accessibility and convenience for both patients and healthcare providers.

Operating in the Microsoft Cloud, NaTMed ensures top-level security and compliance with international data protection standards. Every communication and document exchange is logged and linked to the patient’s record, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
