Navertica Field Operations is a mobile-enabled solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, designed to streamline field service management. It equips technicians and dispatchers with tools to manage work orders, record materials, and automate workflows from service request to invoicing. By integrating with Microsoft Power Apps, the platform enhances productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction through role-based access, real-time data visibility, and automated synchronization of contracts, inventory, and maintenance activities.
The system simplifies service operations through an eight-step process—from receiving customer requests via email, phone, or IoT, to automatic invoice generation. Dispatchers can efficiently assign work orders using visual calendars or automated selection methods, while technicians access all relevant customer and equipment details on their mobile devices. During service visits, they log materials used, time spent, and task completions directly in the app, ensuring accurate and transparent documentation.
Once the service is complete, the application generates digital service reports for customer signature and instant confirmation. Data synchronization between mobile devices and ERP systems ensures accurate inventory and billing management. Built on Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, Navertica Field Operations offers a scalable, integrated, and user-friendly solution that increases efficiency and ensures full control over field activities.
