At the heart of the company are the directors, Mmoloki Nthoiwa, Thabo Le Fleur, Rob Pool and Lindsay Neilson. Mr. Pool, as the managing director and one of the original founders, has been involved in the software business in Botswana since 1987. During that time, he gained invaluable experience in project management and implementation, which lead to him acquiring significant experience and knowledge in the field of Accpac technology. His knowledge of financial systems includes everything from transactional processing to complex management and statutory financial reporting.
Mr. Neilson is passionate about his role as the Operations Director of AccTech Botswana. He has implemented and supported not only numerous, but also intricately varying systems for businesses in Botswana. Mr. Neilson has received several industry awards for his accomplishments during his 20 years working in the field. He has extensive expert knowledge of business systems and is enthusiastic about AccTech Botswana’s ability to add value to any company by providing insightful advice.
Mr. Nthoiwa was part of AccTech Botswana since its humble beginnings, and during his employment as a consultant, he has assisted and directed AccTech Botswana in many ways. By 2021, Mr. Nthoiwa expanded his investment and became a major shareholder in AccTech Botswana.
Mr. Le Fleur formed part of AccTech Botswana via AccTech’s sister company, Replic8 Cloud Services. Mr. Le Fleur is an expert in his field of cloud technologies and has assisted AccTech in their cloud adoption strategy, becoming the only Sage Cloud provider in Botswana. In 2021, Mr. Le Fleur expanded his investment and also became a shareholder in AccTech Botswana.
By combining their individual talents, the directors have been able to ensure that AccTech Botswana provides innovation and most importantly, knowledge to their customers. The complementary skills of the directors joined with their individual understanding of Botswana’s business environment create a winning combination.
