BizCentric Technologies (Pty) Ltd, trading as AccTech Lesotho, was formed in 2007 to consolidate and focus on a wealth of knowledge and experience in accounting solutions. Our mission is to provide clients with advanced financial software solutions. This enables clients to leverage their investment in technology, enhancing long-term equity value and maintaining a strong competitive edge in the new digital economy. The senior management at AccTech Lesotho has been involved in the accounting software service industry collectively for more than 15 years and has successfully built highly effective consulting businesses.

OUR PEOPLE

At the heart of the company are the Directors, Seisa Tjela and Molefe Nkalai. Mr. Tjela, as Managing Director, and Mr. Nkalai, as Executive Director and original founder, have been involved in ERP systems in Lesotho since 1995. During this time, they gained invaluable experience in project management and implementation, leading them to acquire significant expertise in the field of ACCPAC, also known as Sage 300 technology. Their knowledge of financial systems includes everything from transactional processing to complex management and statutory financial reporting.

By combining their individual talents, the directors have ensured that AccTech Lesotho delivers innovation and, most importantly, knowledge to its customers. The complementary skills of the directors, along with their deep understanding of Lesotho’s business environment, create a winning combination.

Mrs. Lerato Letlatsa has been part of AccTech Lesotho since its humble beginnings in February 2008. As Finance & Administration Officer, her responsibilities include managing agreed budgets, processing payments, reconciling transactions and bank statements, handling advertising, contract management, and filing tax records. She also prepares financial reports, such as income and expenditure statements, and takes minutes when required.

Miss. Poloko Tjela is passionate about her role as Junior Consultant & PaySpace Consultant at AccTech Lesotho. She joined our team in August 2017 and, as a consultant, has assisted AccTech Lesotho in numerous ways. She has implemented and supported various intricate systems for businesses in Lesotho. Ms. Tjela received the Alliance Partner Award in 2023 and 2024 at the Alliance conference in South Africa. This dedicated AccTech Lesotho member effectively develops and supports Sage 300 products in a manner tailored to the specific needs of customers.
