With the recent retirement of the legacy Gold and Silver competencies, you may be wondering how to earn incentives within the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program now.

This program is designed to recognize partners who specialize in specific Microsoft solutions and provide them with incentives for driving customer adoption of those solutions. 1. Identify the solutions that you want to specialize in

2. Build your technical expertise.
To earn a Solutions Designation, you need to demonstrate your technical proficiency in the solution area. Your experience with your current customer base will also give you a good indication of the kind of Designation you can ramp up for.
3. Build your customer success stories.
Microsoft is looking for partners who can demonstrate their ability to drive customer adoption and success with the solutions they specialize in. Build case studies and customer success stories that showcase the value you provide.
4. Meet the performance requirements.
To earn incentives with the Solutions Designations program, you need to meet certain performance requirements, such as customer acquisition and usage targets. Make sure you understand these requirements and how you can earn the required minimum of 70 points and plot a path towards achieving them.
